Shipping policy
Once your order leaves our kitchen and is dropped off with the shipping carrier, The Homemade Harvest is no longer responsible for delivery delays, damages, or lost packages, as we do not have control over the carrier once the package is in their possession.
No refunds or reshipments will be issued if an order does not arrive within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout.
To help ensure timely delivery—especially for perishable baked goods—2-Day Air shipping is strongly recommended and is the best option for on-time arrival.
If your package does not arrive on time, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Each shipping option includes up to $100 of insurance, which may be used to seek reimbursement through the carrier.
If you need to change your shipping method or cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
